Accommodation Rights
Everyone has rights and it is important we respect your rights.
You have the right to:
- use all of the communal areas and facilities of the property you live in. Communal areas are the areas of your home that you share with other people if you live in a shared property
- smoke outside at the back of the house only
- be provided with one set of keys to the front door of your home and one key for your bedroom door
- enter and leave the house at all times
- invite friends and visitors to the house at reasonable times (in accordance with our Visitors Policy)
- privacy and personal space
- live in a clean home
- live in a safe environment
- complain if you feel that your rights are not being respected
